Going into this assignment I had experience in Cinema4D so I wanted to divert my attention to working with Abelton and TouchDesigner(instead of Max MSP) to affect my visuals in a way that is responsive to the audio. As well as to have properties that can be changed in real-time during a performance. Below are two screen recordings:

The first is a visual loop I created in a mix of Cinema 4D and After Effects. 1st I made the 3D part in Cinema 4D, then color corrected and added some particles using Trapcode Plugin. This is a video I had made prior to this class, with the purpose of being a loop for my personal VJ mixing library. I thought this would be a good opportunity to play with it. For the audio input, I used OSCin from Abelton to TouchDesigner. I was first using the TDAbelton operator in TouchDesigner but was having difficulty when I closed the program; reconnecting to Abelton. I would like to look into fixing that though. The audio I made in Abelton with samples, and a midi drum track.

The second video is an generative abstract visualization to a Lil Nas X song using TD native audio in, and SOP instancing/TOP displacement to make the visual.
